Lloyd Roberts of Roberts plumbing said he would be by at 2:30 to fix what can only be described as some kind of catastrophic clog that affected every drain in my house simultaneously. At precisely 2:30 the most polite and well-spoken plumber I have ever encountered rang my doorbell. He assessed the situation, explained the problem, dismantled my bathroom and then fixed it. That might be normal stuff, but he noticed a blank space behind the toilet where I was unable to paint and was kind enough to paint it for me before putting the toilet back! He cleaned up inside my house and out and even took an polite interest when I went on and on about my work (which I was doing while he was working). You might say that this kind of good neighbor type behavior is just due to the the small town atmosphere of Fuquay, but when you can relate the time that every drain in your house backed up at once as a positive event, you know you have found good people with whom to do business. I can't recommend this family-owned company enough. Thank you Roberts Plumbing!
