This firm handles the HOA issues of our subdivsion. We pay our HOA dues monthly to this firm (which is electronically sent from our account) so we don't have a large bill in January. For the past few years now, we have gotten a letter from this firm stating that we have not paid our dues. We have to call them and tell them that we have. They then go back and search for the payments. I am a little more than irriated cosidering this firm should have better records than this. They are most assuredly getting our payments as it comes out each month, but can't seem to find these payments until we call them after getting a nasty letter. I have considerable more things to do than make sure a firm is keeping up with their own records. I hate to think that someone in that firm may be receiving my payments and posting them elsewhere.
