I have lived nearby for years. Used the same site many times and they were OK. Last year the guy I dealt with was very rude. He was aggressive in his actions and basically gave me such a bad impression, I left before the test could start. I came back this year as it was the closest to my office and now they did not even have an attendant there. I waited 5 minutes and nobody showed up. went by another and the guy said he would have to drive my car. By then I had enough Dekra to satisfy my jerk factor for many months. Avoid this company!
