Approximately 2 and one half years ago, I was feeling extremely tired and exhausted for most of the day. I would awakwn each morning, sit on the edge of my bed and cry wondering ""how"" I would make it through the day's work. I deteriated to the point to where I could no longer work. I began to have double vision, difficulty maintaining my balance, and lost my voice.
