TERRIBLE GYM!!! ADDED FEES!!! FILTHY!!
A few months ago, without any notice and despite having a contract with fees outlined - Innovative Health and Fitness sent out letters that on top of the their fees being TRIPLE what other local gyms charge - they were now going to charge every member a $29.00 Facilities Charge. As if paying TRIPLE WHAT OTHER GYMS COST IS NOT ENOUGH.
I joined several years ago and have seen Innovative Health and Fitness go into rapid decline. In the mens room, there was ""white stuff""?? on one of the bathroom stalls for over two weeks. I commented on it to the front desk and it was never cleaned. I just stopped using the bathrooms there. The front desk didn't care and I didn't care to be in a filthy gym. Leaks in the ceiling and I was at the gym when one of their equipment malfunctioned and a lady was unable to get off. She was taken to the Emergency Room because Innovative Health and Fitness does not maintain their equipment causing dangerous conditions for members.
I'm guessing the lady never went back and neither did I. Having seen someone leave the gym in an ambulance because Innovative Health and Fitness does not take care of their equipment on top of not being able to use their DISGUSTING BATHROOMS is enough for me. I'm still shocked that the front desk didn't even care and LAUGHED about it.
