Review content:
We were loyal customers of this office for over ten years until we realized the extremely poor quality of care we were receiving. After bringing in our cat for multiple visits when she wasn't feeling well, we got multiple diagnoses that didn't seem to correlate with her symptoms so we took her for a second opinion. Got a diagnosis of metastatic cancer that if caught earlier could have had a good prognosis. In addition, got notice of eyesight issues, heart condition, and gum disease that were never mentioned to us in the several physical exams that got done in foxboro. Not only was the misdiagnosis painful, but the lack of follow up from the vets we saw at the office was incredible as well as the way we were treated.
