My experience has been so bad 2 years in a row now so I had to finally write a few reviews to warn others to not get sucked into using Studio 1 in Rancho Cucamonga! Total flakes! They said anything to get the league's business and didn't deliver half of what they said. It sounded too good to be true, we should have known. They told the board ALL kids would get FREE yearbooks if they chose Studio 1. It was only after they did our pictures did they tell us we didn't qualify because we didn't have 200 kids (they never mentioned that in the sales process), even though we DID have over 200 kids. They claimed to have made a mistake counting (seriously). They never told us until the end of the season when we asked where our yearbooks were. Finally they agreed to do them, which took forever so the season was long over. When we got the books they were total junk. I guess you get what you pay for when you get free stuff you never know what to expect. I understand that mistakes can be made and I like to give people a chance, but the whole thing felt slimy to me. I felt that Studio 1 was dishonest with our league. Somehow the board got suckered into using them again this past season and this time we did get our yearbooks, although they were still basically junk, blurry photos, just really poor quality. At picture day their photographers were totally rude and the whole day was completely disorganized. We were over 2 hours behind for the whole day because the photographers didn't know what they were doing. The finished product was even worse. My pictures were out of focus and my whole team was unhappy as were all other parents I talked to. I recommend staying away from Studio 1. They are unprofessional and very low quality based upon my experience.
