I won't say they were perfect but I was really satisfied with their service. I was having problems with my heater and although I had no idea what he was talking about he obviously knew what was wrong. In a matter of about 30 minutes from when the man arrived he had the heat up and running. The only slight problem I had was that they were there for 30 min and I still had to pay!! Shouldn't it be free if it is under a 30 min job? Well, maybe not but overall they did a great job!
