I was actually about to get on here and right a bad review, but these guys redeemed themselves Monday. I waited over a week for them to get back to me about the black soot forming on the walls and ceiling of my house. They originally told me that I would have to get a new furnace but would do some research. Well I found out that it only needed a really thorough cleaning after I googled it. They called me back finally when i was about to call somebody else and came out and cleaned the furnace. Now that I have cleaned my house from top to bottom, things are working really well and the soot is gone. I may have had to put my foot down but these guys scored when it mattered.
