Customer beware of this company!!!!! We called Action to perform a furnace simple tune-up and they said that we needed to do a cleaning of everything and quoted $600. I had 3 other Heating companies look at it and they all said that the furnace did need to be cleaned, but Action was including things that didn't need to be fixed. We also noticed a banging sound whenever our furnace turned on, after the tune-up, and one of the other Heating Tech's suspected that the Action service tech left the motor off balance so we would have to call Action back. The service tech, Todd, from Action did show up on time, but when we presented a $33 coupon for a furnace tune-up (that I printed from Action's website) he said in a rude voice ""You have got to be kidding me"". Worst customer service ever! I will NEVER use Action again!
