Review content:
Being a first time home buyer, I had my convictions about buying a property in the down real estate market. So as many others do, I took to the internet to search for a home to buy, now that my job is specifically located in Chicago now.
I came across the Dwell One Realty website by searching Google and marked a number of homes I wanted to see. Within 20 minutes, I received a call from Tim asking if I had any questions on the properties I marked or if I would like to see any of them. I was shocked at the quick response from an agent and to talk to him direct. Well, needless to say, I went out a couple of times viewing properties and finally found one. I felt no pressure from him to buy just any old property. Tim helped me analyze the properties I had looked and identify which one met my needs and ultimately my budget.
I am glad I had Tim in my corner, he negotiated a fair price for the home, took care of all the paper work and was a pleasure to work with. So much so, I have had dinner with him several times, even in my new Chicago home!
