Tim Stassi & Dwell One Realty contracted me to do a project for his new website ReachSix% geared towards Realtors. He hired me to work on his website design. When project started Tim was very involve and eager to get things done as soon as possible and pushed for completion.
When project was almost complete, Tim disappeared. After few months of working with him, he completely stopped taking my calls and does not return calls or emails. Several attempts via phone and emails have been made with no call backs, or email response.
Final invoice was sent along with copy of signed contract with a deadline for payment. Tim / Dwell One Realty owes in excess of $2000 dollars No response to final invoice or demand for payment for services rendered.
Do not enter into a contract with Tim Stassi or Dwell One Realty. He is very rude and arrogant and you will not get paid.
