Bill Eaton is your best friend when he wants your business. But he when he makes a mistake on your tax returns he'll never return your calls. You'll have to hunt him down, and when you do he'll be non-responsive and arrogant. He is not a CPA but an Enrolled Agent and proud to tell you repeatedly and often. I say stick to a qualified CPA that will stand behind their work, and skip this service. Bill's error has cost me thousand's and his remedy, only after I hunted him down was to not pay it! He broke every promise to look into the matter and the I've lost count on the number of unreturned phone calls. Legal action is my only remedy. Unethical, arrogant, unapologetic, non-responsive, and a failure when it comes to standing behind his work. Avoid this business and this individual.
