I received an offer in the mail for a free examination. My dog was due for her physical examine so I figured I would try it. We had always gone to Gahanna Animal Hospital but this was closer to my home. The only thing that Dr. Prescott did our of the ordinary was a heartworm test so I thought. When I got to the desk to pay to my surprise my bill for that ""free"" examine was $250.00!!!!!!! I will NEVER return!!! They took my dog in the back for a ""free"" nail trim which they ended up cutting too short and were bleeding when they brought her back in the room but to find out they also took a urine sample to due routine tests on. I have owned dogs for over 15 years and NEVER paid this for an examination on a perfectly healthy dog!! I was outraged and will not return!!
Pros: There are not any when you pay $250 for a free examine!!
Cons: Outrageously overpriced!!
