Great people, great workout, great prices. I love it, it's the best thing that has ever happened to me. I've been in it for almost 5 years now. If you want to get in shape, find a great hobby, or a lifetime sport, then this is it. You can't beat it. It's something that is great for all ages as well. If you are interested at all please stop by and speak with some of the blackbelts there. You'll be hooked. It's a great atmosphere and they have a ton of workout equipment that is available to any member for free. Two classes a week for each belt rank and you can attend any belt class that is lower than you. As well as a weekly sparring class. All of this is included in the monthly fee as well as an open gym. Highly recommended!
Pros: Great atmosphere, people and an amazing amount of material taught.
