Darden Real Estate/Property Management is one of the best companies i have ever worked with. I signed a lease last year and am planning to renew again. They are not perfect, but their staff really does try to get to maintenance issues as soon as possible. I also like that they used LICENSED companies to work in my home. I don't have to worry about the people they give keys to do work for me. I have gotten to know many of the staff members. When I called upset about a problem in the house, they let me speak to their Director, Ms. Moon. She was super helpful and I was surprised that she took the time to listen and reassure me things would be taken care of. She kept her word! So rare to see upper management get involved without a huge hassle. Most people write reviews out of anger, I wanted to write mine out of appreciation for a job well done!!!
