Businiess name:  Settebello Pizzeria Napoletana

Review content:
As a native Italian that recently moved to Las Vegas from the East Coast, one of the first challenges I had was to find a great pizza that was comparable to the few real Italian pizzerie available in NYC. A good friend of mine took me to Grimaldi's few weeks ago and I liked the pizza, but once I tried Settebello there was no comparaison. Settebello pizza is ITALIAN and not Italian-American. I found in it the flavors that I left few years ago back in the South of Itay. I definitely recommend the Margherita where the full flavors of the mozzarella and the tomato sauce come alive. The tomato sauce for once, has not been cooked with dried herbs (a mistake that a lot of pizzerie make, making the sauce bitter). Any fresh herb, oregano or basil, is added on the top of the pizza (and not in the sauce). I wish all pizza makers could read this! Pros: Delicious pizza and ice cream. Cons: I wish they would open in Summerlin also.
