I just finished an apple as my mid morning snack, pretty unremarkable you might think, unless you consider that about a month ago the concept of my eating a mid morning snack at all was not a part of my mind set and if by chance I ate one, an APPLE, are you kidding me? C?mon there?s tons more good stuff out there to choose from, or so I thought.
