My husband and I moved into the Belle Havens 10 months ago and I would have to say it is the worst complex i have ever lived in. The manager does not care what is going on there. When you move she totally jips you on your deposit and if you had rent credit she will take that too. Our apartment was broken into when my husband was out of town and when I told her about it she told me that "" You would be the first in 35 years"" and had nothing else to say about it. She does not like letting kids ride bikes or use heeleys on the property but if an adult is that is just fine with her. I would not recommend anyone to move there. In the winter we had a big gap under our door and after living there for ten months she still has not fixed it and we complained more than once...
Pros: its cheap
