I have never been more enraged with Alltel. Not only was the salesperson pushy, but as soon as she knew we were going to purchase a phone, everything else came before serving us as a customer. She did not focus on my needs as a customer because she was continually promoting things that were of no interest to me. She was also not very knowledgeable. We just received the bill for this month, and everything is not as the salesperson said were going to be. I guess salespeople try to trick you where they can. I should have gone to Verizon instead.
