I would give 0 stars if I could. This place has the worst customer service ever. We've gone there off and on over the last 15 years under different ownerships. Currently, the customer service is HORRENDOUS. The last time we ordered, we waited over an hour for our food. Today, my husband went in at 4:40 p.m. to order our dinner. He was told it would be ready in 25 minutes so he sat down to wait. At 5:15 they asked which order was his on this list of orders - ours was at the top but hadn't even been started! At 5:50 he was told our order would not be ready by 6 p.m. which we had been PROMISED it would be done by. At 6:20 they finally delivered to our house, gave us a $10 refund on our $50 order. Gee thanks. Meanwhile, our teens had left to their events after eating some leftovers. In this competitive market, 100+ minute wait is completely unexcusable. We will NEVER be back to China One.
