Worst living experience of my life!!! Apartment was dirty, carpets stained, walls spot painted. Staff is horrible! No communication from leasing office. They would pin letters on our door with my personal information, how unprofessional! My girlfriend and I are very easy going people. There were tenants not picking up after their dogs so instead of the staff putting in some effort to correct the problem in a calm and professional way, they just send out threatening letters asking other tenants to turn people in, how does that make anyone feel comfortable in their own homes? Area is not very safe, police cars were often in the area arresting people. Grounds crew is HORRIBLE!! No maintenance at all. Fees are ridiculous, I was paying almost $100 on top of rent before water/elect/cable. DO NOT LIVE HERE! I have never had such a worse experience from a land lord!!!
