Review content:
Back when Judith Weinstock and friends ran the Streamliner and wrote the famous cookbook, it was really one of the best restaurants in the state; tiny, funky, filled with wonderful smells and good vibes. Now, the food, service, everything is just God-Awful. Gone are the fabulous baked goods, replaced by doughy biscuits and leaden pies. Their old potato salad was creamy, savory and rich. The new stuff features undercooked potatoes, a thimbleful of dill, and a few half-hearted chunks of celery. Even the famous meatloaf is now dry and tired. And the service is maybe the worst I have EVER found; indifferent to the point of outright hostility. This place is not even a good greasy spoon anymore. Take the cookbook and make your own. That's all that's left of the Streamliner.
Cons: too many to list
