If the guy shows up, he does a great job. This is the third appt. he has not shown up for. Won't even answer the phone to let me know he is late or just ignoring our appointment all together. Has no regard for peoples schedules or their need to have these services done. I am now deleting Izzy Does It from my phone and will no longer share this with friends that need their carpets cleaned.
