After going nearly 4 months of having a problem with my furnace every other week over this past ice storm I was forced to go by space heaters: the ladies my office at Brighton Park a very nice however Tia in the corprate office should not ever be working with any one in the public ever!!!! I called due to I am fed up with this heat problem I wanted them to pay for the space heaters I had to purchase. Her response was well we gave you key to the model apartment seriously who the hell wants to stay in a model apartment.... their is no tv and its just not your home!!!! the lady who answered the phone at Lynco was rude from the start and Tia had the nerve to tell me to calm down... how about you calm down lady I can't wait for my lease to end I have lived in Brighton Park for 3 years but will be excited for my lease to end I have had enough!!!!!!! and this is unacceptable by any accounts quit being cheap and fix my heater!!!!!
