Soba is one of my favorite restaurants in Pittsburgh. I have my birthday dinner at Soba every year (sign up for a free birthday dinner at bigburrito's website). My favorite is the filet - whatever the steak sauce is, it is delicious! There are many great appetizers as well. Be sure to go early for cocktails in their lounge too - very trendy. Soba is an upscale restaurant nestled in the great neighborhood of Shadyside.
