Review content:
Do not buy an trailer in Forrest Park Cranberry Township,PA 16066 because of problems their. Their is crime their even though the township is an nice township. Some one has been throwing eggs at peoples trailers their also their has been thefts. We had an outdoor bench stolen and also an $70 garbage can stolen thats something only trailer trash would do. Also even though you own your trailer you do not own the property so if you want to move in someone like an girlfriend she may not be able to move in even if your paying the bills if her credit is bad ect....Also trailers do not increase in value like homes do and you do not have the same tax right offs as you would in buying an home.Also you pay lot rent which just went up this year. Their are an lot of propertys for sale in Forrest Park probally because some people are not happy living their. I know im not happy here but i do not think we will be able to sell our property without taking an huge loss. So I hope no one else made the same mistake like we did.
