Review content:
I'm looking into this place to be closer to my bf since he lives there with family. He didn't find a problem moving in with them despice credit issues! I would like to add the fact that IDK if I will have people living with me right away or not! I'm treating this like an apartment! My bf will probably bobble in between home and my place, and then for the two other rooms I might not have someone to fill the rooms. I can afford $500 a month when I decide on a place, but is there any other cost to this place? Things such as water, sewage, garbage, electric, ect! Whats included? I know I can have pets which is perfect bc I have a small dog and two and maybe by then theree cats. As for the noise, Please I grew up in Philly and went to a party hardy college! Noise of any kind doesn't bother me! When you live in a tight nit as a trailor or apartment you should exspect noise! Where my parents live would be more a suit for those who hate noise bc its spacious! I don't care right now for space, I'm looking for something to get me out of my parents house that is cheap and affordable for someone who makes little money...for now!
