Review content:
I lived in Forest Park for many years and disliked it the whole time. The park is beautiful but there are many people who own dirt bikes and quads and there were times they would ride them after midnight. People would have loud parties and nothing would be done. The rent was increased a lot but changes like filling potholes or replacing broken mailboxes took forever. The roads were not plowed properly in the winter. The negatives outweigh the beauty of the location. Overall I would look elsewhere to rent or buy a new home.
