It was a pleasure meeting with Mark on August 9, 2010, in a 93 degree house with no working air conditioner, taking measurements and checking the efficiency of the house, before recommending a new delivery syste. The heat pump Mark recommended is very efficient. The installers were very professional and courteous; explaining the different steps they were taking to ensure that everything was in good working order. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Mark and the two installers for a job well done.
