I love One Hour Heating and Air - Richmond! My AC stopped working on one of the hottest days when temperatures were over 100 degrees. I called One Hour after 6 p.m. and my appointment was scheduled between 10 - 12 the next morning. I received an email reminder of the appointment which included a coupon for $25.00 off. The technician was at my house shortly after 10 a.m. He promptly diagnosed the problem to be a bad capacitor and was able to fix it in 15 minutes. He was pleasant and professional and it didn't cost me an arm and a leg. Like I said...I love this company!
