I was very happy with the ease of getting out appointment. Steve was great! Can't wait to hvae the full service done on both of our units as they really need it! I love the ease of the monthly payment plan, the only thing that I was slightly bummed about is that the paper work said you have multi system discounts however, I believe we are paying the same price for both units with out a discount. BUT the service and ease is GREAT! I have told everyone at work how great I think this company is!

Our customers with mulitple systems do receive discounts. We did catch this error before processing payment and we able to adjust it.
