I hired this company to do a move out clean. I was looking to hire a company to clean the house I was moving out of and then hire to clean my new house every 2 weeks. I was quoted $135-$150 for the move out, the house was small, just a 2 bedroom and under 1200 sq ft. Two girls showed up for the cleaning and even stated that it wasn't a dirty home. They were there for 4 hours, so we had a total 8 man hours. They ended up charging $160, which would have been ok if the house was clean.
They didn't wipe down the pantry or freezer, even though I had made a point to request the refrigerator get cleaned out, I didn't think I would need to specify both refrigerator and freezer. The base boards, walls and ceiling fans were not cleaned. They basically did a quick vacuum and swiffer on the floors and wiped down counters. They didn't even vacuum along the base boards. We have a short haired dog so dog hair needs to be vacuumed out of this area. The grout wasn't cleaned at all. I am not sure what they did for the entire time they were there because it was not 8 hours worth of work.
When I called to bring this to Phil's attention he was not very accommodating. He offered two free hours at our new house. I did not want poor cleaners at our new house. We had a move in clean at our new home which is 1800 sq. ft and they charged only $100 and did an amazing job. I requested for a partial refund and Phil declined, I even sent photos of the dirty base boards, walls etc. and I received nothing in return.
Please do not waste your money, there are other cleaning companies out there that actually clean. I work a lot and don't have the time to clean and that is why I hired cleaners, it defeats the purpose if I have to go back and re-clean. I have hired another company and they are amazing.
