I had never had any previous experiences with colon hydrotherapy, but I had heard of its many benefits ranging from clearing acne, detoxing your body, & overall hydration. I figured if something like this would benefit my overall health, why not give it a shot? I called & made my appointment with Alara, who also performed the colonic. She made me feel comfortable & safe in a situation that one may feel vulnerable. The facility is very clean & has everything you need for proper clean-up afterwards. Since my first visit, I have returned for several more sessions. I had noticed a change in my skin (glowing & clear), regular bowel movements, and I have also felt less bloated in my abdomen area.
