When setting up the appointment, I asked if they had someone who was good at doing guys' brows. They said, oh yes, certainly, you will be very pleased.
When I got there, I had to wait - my appointment started 25 minutes after the original time.
I was seen by some blonde. I asked her if she's used to doing mens brows because I didn't want them too thin. she said not to worry. She worked hard, but didn't seem good at what she did. She was a little bit rough with the wax. She didn't trim my brows. After she was done, she didn't even have a mirror to show me the work (telling me I'd have to go into the restroom to look), When I did look, they were too thin.
When I told her, she seemed apologetic, but said she just cleaned up the area was not trying to add to take away shape. I figure that if I'm paying an expert to do my brows, they should do whatever needs to be done.
If the service were done correctly, the price seemed fair. But there was definitely a lack of skills. Worst, they were dishonest when telling me they'd set me up with someone who was good with with mens brows. I've been wearing my hat to hide my face all day....
Pros: EMPTY AND QUIET!!
Cons: LACK OF SKILLS AND DISHONEST PEOPLE!!
