I have been living here for 18 months and my family cannot wait to leave. The office staff is incompetent. You call about an issue and they do nothing so you call back and guess what they did do nothing. It takes several weeks to fix your dryer and anything else for that matter. The construction is terrible. Everything was just thrown together and does not work. There are gaps between the counters and the walls and the drawers are constantly falling apart but they will not do anything about it. When they do send maintenance over they leave saying they fixed the problem but it is just the same as when they left.
The apt complex has a problem with raccoons at the dumpsters and even going up on to the 2nd/3rd fl of apartnent buildings along with various other pests like ants and cockroaches.
Parking is hell. They built this complex for the sole use of getting money and did not think ahead to look out for the residence to have enough parking. If you come home during the middle of the day you are fine. If after 6pm you are going to get your excercise in by walking forever.
The leasing office portrays this as luxury apartments but they let anyone live here. The neighbors next to me are constantly feuding with the neighbor below that plays loud music all times of the day and night. Another neighbor on the same floor had their apartment broke into and items stolen in the middle of the day. The apartment below me got raided by detectives in a bust. Several times car windows have been broken out in the parking lot. THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO LIVE IN AND BE SAFE AND IT IS THE FARTHEST THING FROM LUXURY LIVING!!!
To make matters worse they nickel and dime you when you move out charging for everything they can think of. If there is a tiny stain anywhere that is $25 to pretreat. So be ready to be taken for all that you are worth literally.
In closing please make a better choice and stay far away from this apartment complex.
