To the author of the previous review, ""peaceful"", ""accommodating staff""? Are you kidding me? These apartments are a magnet for crime, police and true ghetto. I have had pest control issues that have still not been rectified, the staff come and go and it is way over priced for what it truly is. The ONLY good thing is that the light rail is close......However, would you take all the bad just to have one or two good things? I know I am fed up and will never tolerate it again, thats for sure. By the way, the only people who will probobly rent here are ones who have horrible credit or are in a bad spot in their life. My college buddies would NEVER live here. They would actually choose a reputable apartment complex to live in.
