Review content:
I purchased two pair of school shoes and two pair of sneakers last year, when I got home, they had given me two different sizes in one box on one pair of shoes, and one pair of sneakers looked used and worn - not the ones we had tried on. When I had a chance several days later to go back to change them, they gave me a hard time about the sneakers, saying they didn't have anymore of that style and that I should be glad that I got them on sale. I said I didn't want the beat up looking ones and if they couldn't give me another, new pair, then to refund my money so I could get them somewhere else. They refused and said I could only have a ""store credit"". I didn't want a store credit, since I only shop there once a year for school shoes, and I wanted my money to repurchase sneakers. After a big argument they finally gave me my money for the one pair and I went and got them elsewhere. I don't like their lack of customer service. They know you can't get the school shoes anywhere else and they treat you less than nicely because of it. Pros: Only ones who carry needed uniform shoe Cons: Refund/Return policy
