I received a puppy from this PUPPY HELL and although I love my baby he was diagnosed with parasites and upper respiratory infection!!! Both illnesses are associated with kennel living--poor sanitation, lack of vet care, neglectful and lazy kennel/puppy store workers. Its obvious to anyone that these are puppy mill dogs, it is not made better by the fact that the pups in the store are FILTHY, i believe they change the cages perhaps once a day, they will gladly show you a pup with poop all over him. Surprise surprise my pup was diagnosed with an illness obtained by EATING POOP. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM A PET STORE--WHAT THEY ARE DOING IS JUST PLAIN CRUEL!!!!
Update 4/29/10 - FAKE REVIEWS
Just as an update, please BEWARE this store is notorious for writing their own ""glowing"" reviews. Please do not believe the last batch of excellent reviews. Visit the store yourself--the area where the puppies are kept smells so horrible, the products in the store are all covered in dust, no one lifts a finger to clean anything up (including the feces covered puppies), the store is overrun with vermin, the house cat can attest to that as he/she can be found with mice in his/her mouth! My baby was a gift and I was truly horrified and saddened by what I saw when I picked him up.
Cons: sick puppies who sit in their poop all day long
