Review content:
I was new to savannah and did not know the area. My husband did not do much apartment shopping. Therefore, we ended up living here due to the great location near Hunter Army Airfield. However, once we moved in we had many problems; Including, bug infestation, old repainted air ventilation ducts, broken towel bar in the bathroom, badly installed doors, and air leaking out through the doors and windows. I never felt safe living here, so we had to get an alarm system. We spend about $80 on electricity and $20 on water. There is no dryer/washer connection. BTW, some of the buildings are abandoned because the landlord says the owners want to tear them down and rebuild new buildings. But, nothing has been done yet.
