Review content:
My fiance and I wanted a great meal but didn't have a reservation. We were able to get a table at Zietoon - although I can't imagine that we'll be able to do so a year from now - without a reservation. While the wine list was limited, there were several great choices. The food was excellent. We shared the Hummus, a great standard to settle our growling bellies. Then, I had the pear salad - a warm pear served atop a bed of lettuce with pecans and a raspberry vinegarette. I had the Garlic Tomato Penne with Chicken; he had the Lamb with garlic mashed potatoes. The servings were generous and both dishes bursting with flavor. This is a family owned restaurant and it shows - from the warm service to the quality of food. We'll go back and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great, urban meal.
Pros: Warm service, flavorful food, intimate space
Cons: It will be hard to get in when it gets discovered!
