Review content:
1) I asked them not to place the plastic receptacles of poison in reach of my small dogs. They ignored it. And the dogs ate them (plastic and all) just like I told them they would. When I complained, they excused/justified it...
2) I asked for notification when service technician would be at the house so I could pen the dogs. Again, ignored. They feel free to come and go.
3) Perhaps my misunderstanding that I was paying a substantial amount upfront for service, this is a monthly charge of several hundred dollars on top of the large sum to start service... BE CAREFUL!
