For years I've missed enjoying Persian cuisine because my husband never wanted to try it. Then a couple of years ago his company's Christmas party was at a ""middle eastern"" restaurant in Studio City. Now, he's open to trying different places. A friend recently brought us to Shamshiri...conveniently close to our home. It was wonderful. The food was abundant and the authentic choices great. There were several dishes I'd never tried before (many of the appetizers and the ""stews""). I will definitely be returning here soon.
