I have used many other companies and all were good except servello and son. I would always have problems with the managers bein rude and unwilling to talk and work with me on quality, and they would never help the problem. I went so far as to call the corporate office and talk to manager there. I talk to and eventually met one of the top managers of the company John Dougherty and i wish i had not have met him. He was very obnoxious and very rude. He acked as if he didn't need my buisness. We walked the property and he was on the phone the whole time. He was just very rude. The quality issues were weeds in beds, trees not prunned up off of cars, i had many issues with residents cars bein scratched, and the bushes not bein prunned. The bushes would go weeks without being prunned i always had to ask before they were done. I just highly recommend that you do not use this company. I used them cause there bid was low but i regret hiring them. So if you see this company in your bids to save your property and save your money for a better company.
Cons: horrible quality, managers are arrogant and rude
