Years ago when I owned older cars, I routinely had Centennial do any needed repairs. I was always dealt with fairly and politely, and found the work very thorough. Recently, though, the ""guys"" at Centennial went out of their way to really help me out when a snow plow driver scraped across the back of my bumper while the car was in the Centennial lot awaiting service. Even though Centennial was in no way liable or responsible for the accident, they went out of their way to track down the driver through the plowing company. They could easily have said ""tough luck"", but they went the extra mile, and I really appreciate it!
