Review content:
We arrived for our reservation and I was actually looked up and down head to toe by the ""hostess."" They couldn't find our reservation, and made no attempt to cover this. I am sure their reservation book is ""quaint"" but maybe in this day and age a computer would be helpful up front. After being made to wait, why we were left to wait while the hosts looked around the room and talked to eachother and looked down a lot was never explained since the dining room was ALMOST EMPTY. We felt like we had done something wrong, and it went down hill from there. Server was upbeat and friendly, but clearly fawning over the other tables, clearly friendly and doting. We were obviously the new people. When we told him we got a babysitter and were excited to try this place he was even less attentive, never asked if it was a special occasion, never mentioned it again. We felt the entire time like our money wasn't as good as everyone elses, and the managers stopped by and doted on every other table also, not ours. Food, it was fine, not better or worse than the other 5 steakhouses within an easy drive. For our money we'll got to elsewhere where they are nicer and a little more glad to have us. Add a tip, and babysitter, and for $220- we'll be at Mortons, Flemmings or even Jimmys.
Pros: Beautiful dining room
Cons: Snobby
