Review content:
Unique Refinishers did a great job reglazing my tub. To perk up my old bathroom tile, I also had a tile tune-up and new caulking done. For about two weeks, my bathroom looked brand new. However, the grout and new caulk quickly became moldy and discolored despite diligently using their provided cleaner. When I contacted the company to address the problem, I was told it was my fault for closing the shower curtain and then insulted in a follow-up e-mail. I've read other negative reviews and expect someone from the company will dismiss my comments as misinformed or unreasonable. In fact, I was very happy with my service and results until now. The company needs to work on its customer service, its commitment to customer satisfaction and its attitude toward problems with its work.
