I agree with the previous post 100%. We were a group of 4 who visited the restaurant last month. That waiter is actually the owner who's only interested in hustling and pushing the bill up. Since we didn't order wine, he got upset. And to make matters worse, he was not satisfied with the tip. We saw his reaction after we got up. First of all, tips are 15% only if the service is good and second of all, owners should not get tipped. THAT'S A CARDINAL RULE!
