Dear Secard Pools,
I would like to thank you for the excellent service I have received from you in the last 4 years. Since the time our pool was installed in 06? our entire family has enjoyed it very much.
Being all new to me, and I must admit a bit nervous about the maintenance , I can truly say that Greg Budinko the Manager for the Pico River Store, has definitely put those nerves to rest. The timelines Greg gave me we?re accurate. From the initial signing & explanation of the contract and layout, and through the various phases of construction.
We purchased the 14? by 28? with a 6? deep end. I maintain the pool myself. Upon completion of the pool, Greg personally came out to our home and showed my wife and I how easy it was to clean. (very simple to understand), I also like to purchase all my chemicals from Secard. Their products are very pure levels , high quality products, plus I like that Greg and his staff can guide me should I miss something or have any questions.
In the future, I?m looking to add some spillways and decking to enhance my pool and I look forward to doing business with Greg and Secard once again.
It really is a great affordable and durable pool and we hope to continue enjoying it in the summers to come.
