My daughter and I have been going to The Shoe Story for many years. The selection of shoes and the service is why we keep going back. In response to Just Mad, I have been working retail for years with different corperations, and their policies with returnes are the same as other store. No other store would have let you return that shoe at all. To ease your mind...I was in their recently with my daughter and their return policy has changed. They now do returns for money back for 30 days. If you had issues with the shoes you should have called the staff unlike other stores they would have tried to do their best to help you. Give the store another Shot.
